2008 NOMINATION DETAILS
Nominations for the 2008 be active Recreation and Sport Industry Awards are now open.
Whether your organisation is based in metropolitan or regional South Australia, whether it is large or small, it doesn't matter. As long as you have a success story to tell we want to hear about it!
The 2008 Awards feature 10 categories to nominate for. The winners of all ten categories will be presented at the Awards Presentation Night on Wednesday 5 November 2008 at the Capri Theatre. Tickets to this event are $30 and will be for sale in the coming months through the Office for Recreation and Sport.

Step 2
Download a copy of the nomination sheet for the category you wish to nominate for. If you wish to nominate for more than one category you will need to fill out a separate nomination sheet for each category.

Once you have answered all questions on the nomination sheet, nominations must be received by the Office for Recreation and Sport at the address below by close of business on Friday 5 September 2008.
