NEWS

The 2008 Major League Baseball Australian Academy Program (MLBAAP) commenced this week in Queensland.
Seven young South Australians, which include six SASI athletes, Chris Doyle, Jackson Lodge, Dylan Child, Daniel Lee and Angus Roeger, will showcase their talents and we wish them all the best as they work towards their “Field of Dreams”.
One more SASI athlete Wilson Lee will depart for the academy on the June 22.

Wilson Lee just competed in a senior competition, the Australian Provincial Championships in Darwin and was selected in the Australian Squad for the 2009 tour. Wilson is only 16 and apparently the youngest ever to be considered in the Provincial Australian Team.
