Sport and Recreation Development and Inclusion Program Funding is now available through the Sport and Recreation Development and Inclusion Program to assist eligible organisations to develop and implement projects that will grow the sport or activity, improve services and/or address barriers to inclusion. Sport and Recreation Sustainability Program The Sport and Recreation Sustainability Program will provide financial support for the leadership, policies and services provided by South Australian State Sport and Active Recreation Organisations and Industry Representative Bodies. The closing date for these two programs is 5:15pm Monday 26 March 2012.
SASI Awards The impact of South Australian athletes, coaches and programs on the world wide sporting scene was celebrated during the 2011 SASI Awards held on Friday 9 December at the Morphettville Racecourse. World champions and emerging talent were among the winners with the preparation towards next year's London Olympics a constant theme throughout the event.
